IMA ILAPAK presents how its suite of horizontal and vertical packaging machines is evolving to allow food producers to reduce their labor needs and energy bills and adapt to the latest generation films. To help customers control their energy costs, IMA ILAPAK has upgraded all machines in its portfolio to digital servo technology. Using the latest servo technology to power functions such as head height adjustment, feed belts, jaw drives and film drives has a huge impact on efficiency energy because it reduces the load on factory air conditioning units.
